Teaching Assistant Role – Tooting


Masterclass Education are currently working with a school based near Tooting who are looking for talented and experienced staff to join them for the rest of the academic year.
This is a modern school that opened in September 2022 that are progressively growing by adding year groups each year. This is a special school for students with speech and language difficulties and high functioning ASD. The school have students from KS1- KS4 and follow the national curriculum.
As this is a role to start in the new academic year the school require people who are committed and available for long term opportunities. Training will be provided as the school want people who can fit in with their inclusive ethos and values.
Previous school-based experience is desired but not essential, if you have childcare experience in other areas such as sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, care assistants, nursery assistance or any other relevant experience would be beneficial.
The Role
- Working with students KS1-KS4
- Assisting class teacher with classroom duties
- Engaging in the wider responsibilities across the school such as lunch cover, assemblies etc
