The Role:
This firm is growing! Business is flowing in and there is at least enough work for a further Conveyancer to join the team
You will deliver expert legal advice on all aspects of residential property law to include:
*Oversee the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to post-completion matters
*Sales & purchases of residential property
*Transfers and remortgages
*Drafting and review all legal documents, contracts and agreements
*Conducting comprehensive legal research
*Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient completions
*Undertake due diligence and title investigations
What experience do you need:
*5+ years’ PQE
*A very strong background in residential conveyancing
