**NEW VACANCY - ECOMMERCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

A well known brand with a strong reputational history are seeking a motivated and passionate Ecommerce & Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Crawley. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has a keen interest in ecommerce.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
*Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring a professional and exceptional level of customer service.
*Take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints, following problems through to resolution accurately and efficiently.
*Liaise closely with internal departments and couriers to manage delivery services, product availability and proactive customer updates.
*Stay informed on the latest product and nutrition knowledge to provide expert recommendations and advice to customers.
*Manage engagement on social media channels by responding to comments and private messages.
*Maintain customer service reporting data and processes.
*Monitor and engage with customer reviews on public platforms, resolving issues and acting on feedback appropriately.
*Create, edit and upload new product listings to our ecommerce websites and apps, including managing our catalogue.
*Write clear, engaging and SEO-optimised product titles and descriptions.
*Ensure accurate pricing, stock levels and categorisation.
*Upload and organise product images to meet quality and brand standards.
*Conduct regular audits of listings for accuracy, completeness and performance.
*Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support promotions, new product launches, and seasonal updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Professional and courteous email and telephone manner.
*Previous experience in customer service or a similar ecommerce role.
*Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a diverse role.
*Attention to detail for proficient data entry, visual creativity, and optimal functionality.
*Studio photography skills are beneficial for internal photography tasks.
