Job Description:
We’re supporting a well-established, forward-thinking business in the search for a Workplace / Employee Benefits Senior Consultant. You’ll join a team of five, with one valued colleague soon retiring — so the focus really is on an experienced Consultant to join on a remote basis.
This is a varied, hands-on role covering everything from pensions and employee financial wellbeing to education sessions, group risk, and wider Employee Benefits solutions. If you enjoy blending client delivery, internal collaboration, and team leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity.

What you’ll be doing as an employee benefits consultant
*Managing and developing an SME corporate client portfolio
*Delivering advice across workplace pensions, financial wellbeing, employee education, and group risk
*Providing scheme governance, member communications, and high-quality compliance documentation
*Leading and mentoring team members, while still rolling up your sleeves and delivering excellent client outcomes
*Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver smooth integration and ongoing support
*Spotting opportunities for growth, improvements, and enhanced client engagement
*Supporting new benefit programme delivery and contributing to wider strategic initiatives


What we’re looking for
*Strong experience in Workplace Pensions, AE, governance, and wider Employee Benefits
*Confident in leading conversations, building relationships, and delivering clear financial education
*Experience in a Corporate Pensions / EB / IFA environment (minimum two years)
*PMI / CII qualifications (or working towards) are desirable
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset — someone who likes to get things done
*Comfortable managing priorities and guiding others while maintaining quality standards
