Gym Instructor

Join Bury Leisure as a Gym Instructor and play a pivotal role in supporting our customers on their fitness journeys. This position is ideal for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle while achieving personal and professional targets.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Engage with customers, providing tailored fitness advice and programmes, including conducting health checks and gym inductions.
*Work closely with Exercise Referral Officers to support referred clients, ensuring their needs are met and progress is monitored.
*Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.
*Support marketing and promotional activities to drive membership growth and retention.
*Administer first aid as required and ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Passion for fitness and excellent interpersonal skills.
*Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
*Recognised Level 3 Gym Instructor qualification (Personal Trainer).
*Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate various shifts.
