Client Administrator – Charity

Salary: £15 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Vauxhall

We’re partnering with a well-known charity in South London to find a proactive, organised and approachable Client Administrator to support their busy Commercial team for a 4-month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys being client-facing and acting as the first point of contact. You’ll play a key role in managing communications with traders and commercial clients while keeping internal operations running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

*Acting as the main point of contact for clients
*Managing inbox correspondence and responding professionally to queries
*Scheduling training sessions, coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting diary needs
*Processing expenses accurately and in a timely manner
*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider Commercial team
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication
*Representing the organisation with a warm, professional and client-focused approach
Who you are:

*At least 1 year of administration experience, ideally with some client experience
*Quietly confident, friendly and strong written communucation
*A self-starter who uses initiative and enjoys taking ownership
*Highly organised with great attention to detail
*Proactive, upbeat and eager to help wherever needed
*Comfortable working 5 days in an office in South London
