Job Description:
Warehouse Operative – Morning Shift (6am–2pm)
Location: Brackmills, Northampton
Pay: £12.46 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy team in Brackmills for the morning shift.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work from picking lists to fulfil, pack, and despatch client orders
*Use PDA devices for picking and booking in goods
*Process orders accurately, following client instructions
*Ensure all orders are completed within specified timeframes
*Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
*Report potential risks, problems, or product defects immediately
*Monitor stock of stationery and packaging materials
*Participate in continuous improvement projects
*Meet key performance indicators and service level targets
*Ensure accurate stock locations and pick orders correctly
*Pack and dispatch orders, select carriers, and produce shipping labels
*Follow health and safety procedures and report any risks
