The Paraplanning Role
We’re looking for a technically minded and well-presented Paraplanner to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a modern, client-focused business from an early stage.
You’ll work closely with our advisers and be actively involved in client meetings, helping to deliver exceptional financial planning outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and values the opportunity to be client-facing.
Key responsibilities:
*Prepare and maintain client files, suitability reports, and financial plans
*Conduct technical research and provide detailed analysis to support recommendations
*Attend and contribute to client meetings (in-person or virtual)
*Liaise with product providers and clients to support smooth delivery of advice
*Assist in developing and refining internal processes as the business grows
About You
You’ll be someone who takes pride in their technical ability and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have:
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or close to completion)
*Previous experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*A proactive attitude and willingness to travel occasionally for meetings
We’re also open to applicants looking for a 4-day working week.
