�? Graduate Teaching Assistants – Secondary SEN Support (Autism & SEMH)
?? Location: Sheerness
?? Hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
?? Duration: Minimum 12 weeks, with potential for extension or permanent placement

We are currently recruiting two dedicated Teaching Assistants to support secondary-aged students with a range of needs including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing and inclusive school environment in Sheerness, where your contribution will be truly valued.
�? What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting students in the classroom and during structured activities
*Assisting with learning plans tailored to individual needs
*Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
*Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to ensure students thrive
?? Who We’re Looking For:
*Graduates with a passion for education, psychology, youth work or related fields
*Individuals with a calm, empathetic and resilient approach
*Previous experience with SEN (Autism/SEMH) is desirable but not essential
*Commitment to working full-time for a minimum of 12 weeks
