Executive Assistant
12-month FTC – January start
£55,000 - £65,000
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join an incredibly busy and fast-paced Legal and Compliance team of six, including Partners and MD’s, working for a global investment firm located in Mayfair. The successful candidate will be available to commence in January as maternity leave cover. The ideal candidate will act as the primary administrative support to the legal team working alongside a team of EA’s and will have experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services and thrive working under pressure in a fast-paced team.
Hybrid working - 4:1
Hours – 9am – 5pm
What you’ll do:
*Extensive diary management for the team
*Arrange all meetings working across different time zones including logistics such as booking conference calls and meeting rooms
*Proactively schedule and arrange all trips, including hotels, flights, visas, currency exchange and ground transportation
*Process monthly expenses
*Prepare presentation materials tailored for internal staff and external partners
*Provide support for any ad hoc projects
What you’ll need:
*Experience of a similar role within financial services is preferred
*Ability to maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Proactive ’can-do’ approach
*Dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences
*Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
*Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
