Our client, a national market leading electrical wholesaler are looking for a talented and ambitious sales professionals with electrical wholesale experience to maximise and expand on their current and potential customer base.
This is a proactive internal sales role involving.
*Taking and making inbound and outbound calls from existing and new customers.
*Selling products directly to customers on the trade counter
*Good understanding of electrical products and electrical supplies.
*Clear telephone manner and the ability to provide exceptional levels of customer service
*A can do attitude - we always try to make it work for the customer
*Attention to detail & able to manage own workload
*A positive and hardworking attitude with the ability to work under pressure
*Previous internal sales sales in the Electrical Wholesale or similar trade industry is ESSENTIAL.
*customer focussed with good sense of humour.
*Willingness to assist in other areas of the business during busy/holiday periods.
*Revisiting dormant accounts and approaching with a view to account reactivation.
*Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible and quoting on special projects.
