Practice Nurse - Salford (M6)| £19 to £21 per hour| Full time (37.5 hours per week) | Free On-Site Parking
A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Salford is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team.
What’s on Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:
*Cervical screening, Child immunisations, Adult & Travel immunisations, Wound care, Long-term condition reviews; asthma, diabetes, COPD, hypertension & Contraception clinics
Who We’re Looking For:
*A qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
*Confident in the above clinical areas
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
*Someone who is proactive, reliable, and a true team player
