*Contribute to external audit preparation, providing documentation and reconciliations, and supporting responses to auditor queries.
*Assist with wider financial compliance activities, helping the organisation maintain strong controls and governance standards.
*Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, systems, and data integrity.

About You
We would love to hear from you if you have:
*Experience in a financial analyst, revenue, management accounting or similar role (charity or not-for-profit experience is a bonus but not essential).
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
*Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and reconciliation processes.
*Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or grant funding cycles.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders.
*High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer
*A competitive salary of £60,000.
*Hybrid working model – 2–3 days per week in our Central London office.
*The chance to be part of a supportive team within an organisation making a real difference.
*Opportunities for professional development and growth.
