Job Opportunity: Personal Injury RTA Solicitor
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Solicitor to manage a caseload of primarily Pursuer RTA personal injury claims, alongside some Defender work. This role includes handling pre-litigation and non-PI RTA matters, as well as preparing and managing litigated cases at Sheriff Court and ASPIC levels.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
*Managing a caseload of RTA Pursuer claims using case management systems
*Handling non-PI RTA matters pre-litigation
*Drafting and running litigated PI and non-PI RTA cases at Sheriff Court level
*Engaging with third parties, medical experts and insurers to progress cases effectively
*Achieving performance targets while maintaining high-quality client service
Skills:
*Knowledge of Scottish RTA personal injury protocols
*Ability to assess cases strategically for early litigation
*Commercial awareness in advising on settlements and litigation risks
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
