What will you do?
*Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to:
*Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties)
*Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more
*(You won’t advise on new build transactions)
*Those with any managerial experience able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary
What will you need?
*Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role
*You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR
*Be an unqualified Fee Earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload
*This role can be offered at a senior level
