This role will support the growth of this firm as they continue to win work with AIM and AQUIS listed clients, as well as overseeing the existing portfolio of SME clients under UK GAAP. You will head up the Audit department for the firm and have the overall say across all matters concerning the team and client decisions.

An independently owned practice in Nottingham that currently turn over just shy of £5m, they are experiencing rapid growth in other areas of the Audit market which could double their revenues in the next 3-5 years. They are a full service accounting and advisory firm to individuals, small business and larger corporate businesses.
Description
*Overseeing the department, you will be responsible for: recruitment and development of their team, delivering on technical assignments, client stakeholder management, business development and cross selling to other areas of the firm.
*Management of budgets, fees targets, WIP and debtors
*Act as the main point of contact within the office for all audit queries
*Act as an RI for the firm, signing off on an array of accounts
Profile
*ACA or ACCA qualified with IFRS experience
*Ideally you will be an RI and have some experience working with AIM and AQUIS listed clients, although the latter isn’t a necessity
*Midlands based and happy to travel to London multiple times a month, when required, to support business development activities
Job Offer
*Salary DOE but likely to fall between £90,000 - £130,000
*Additional bonus to be discussed and offered until you buy in to the firm, if you choose
