Job Description:
We have an opportunity for a Plumbing biased Maintenance Technician to join an Estates Maintenance team in the centre of Oxford.
As part of a multiskilled team you will be responsible for reactive maintenance activities across the Estate, typical work could include -
*Plumbing repairs to sinks, taps, toilets etc
*Unblocking sinks & toilets
*Basic carpentry
*Fixing locks, door closers
*Minor repairs and general maintenance
*Painting and making good
Initially this a 3 month assignment with possibility of becoming permanent or further extensions with an immediate start available.
