We’re working on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency in South West London to find a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their team across two thriving branches.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role—or take the next step in their management journey—with a business that combines strong local presence, a collaborative team culture, and a real passion for property.
What’s on offer:
*Basic salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
*Tiered commission structure with strong OTE potential (£90k)
*Oversight of two successful branches with an existing pipeline and motivated team

*An experienced Assistant Manager ready for a step up—or a current Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge

*Excellent knowledge of the residential sales process, from valuation to completion
*Someone target-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing people and branch performance
*A confident communicator who builds trust quickly with both clients and colleagues
*Full UK driving licence required
