Description
*Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
*Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
*Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
*Coach, guide and upskill managers
*Use HR data to identify trends
*Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR system as required.
*Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
*Experience in providing HR advice and managing employee relations.
*Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
*A proactive approach to supporting HR projects and initiatives.
