About the roleWe are working with the school to appoint a Head of Design & Technology who can lead and develop the DT curriculum across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to influence future KS5 provision. Starting September 2025, this long-term position involves driving standards, overseeing subject planning, and supporting high-quality teaching across the department.

About you*QTS with a DT specialism (e.g., Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Engineering or Food)
*Strong track record teaching DT at KS3 and KS4
*Evidence of raising attainment and improving outcomes
*Experience leading, mentoring, or contributing to departmental development
*A proactive, strategic leader passionate about delivering a high-quality DT curriculum
