*Create and analyse Management Information (MI) to support one-to-one T&C review meetings.
*Deliver training and feedback to advisers through role-play, live client observations, and file quality reviews.
*Construct and implement adviser development plans to address training needs.
*Assess new entrant knowledge and experience, creating relevant route-to-competence plans.
*Review adviser and supervisor CPD records and other performance MI, including complaints, conduct, and knowledge testing.
*Maintain accurate T&C records in line with scheme requirements.
*Liaise with adviser line managers and HR to support T&C performance and annual certification.
*Work collaboratively with other T&C supervisors, including covering for absences where needed.
*Maintain personal CPD records and demonstrate ongoing competence for certification purposes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 6 preferred).
*Supervision qualification such as JO7 or equivalent preferred.
*Strong knowledge of financial services regulation (FCA rules and guidance).

*Understanding of the financial planning advice process and compliance requirements.
*Experience in conducting financial planning file quality assessments.

*Flexible and able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in giving constructive feedback.
*Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
*Confident in delivering training and development to individuals and groups.
*Ability to manage conflict and provide clear, effective solutions.
*Professional approach to highlighting risks and key performance indicators.
