Requirements for this role:
*Level 3 Childcare qualification
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in an early years setting.
*Passionate about childcare and child development.
*• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding.
* • Organised, proactive, and able to lead by example.
*• Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
*Support and lead daily routines, activities, and learning opportunities in your room.
*Plan and implement engaging activities to support children’s development.
*Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards.
* Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
*Act as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their families.
*Provide high-quality care and education for children in line with the EYFS framework
*Ensure the environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive at all times.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery.
*Take responsibility for observations, assessments, and planning.
*Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
