Description
*Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
*Preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in line with close deadlines
*Completion of balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments
*Monthly revenue, commission, and cost analysis
*Variance reporting and providing performance insights
*Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
*Supporting payroll calculations, PAYE submissions, headcount reports, and related HR/payroll admin
*Assisting with cashflow forecasting, quarterly forecasting, and the annual budgeting process
*Driving process improvements and efficiency across finance
*Assisting with ad hoc projects across the finance function
Profile
*A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
*Proficiency in financial software and Excel to manage data effectively.
*Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships
*The ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
*A qualification in accounting (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
