Sales Negotiator – North London (Stoke Newington)Basic Salary: £25,000
OTE: £75,000+
Commission: 15%

The Role *Managing and nurturing a warm buyer database
*Conducting viewings and providing exceptional client service
*Negotiating offers and driving deals through to completion
*Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local stakeholders
*Maintaining high standards of communication, professionalism, and follow-up
*Representing a respected North London brand with strong stock levels
What We’re Looking For *Experience as a Sales Negotiator (6–12+ months ideal)
*Confident, articulate, and motivated by commission
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*A team player with a proactive, "can-do" mindset
*Full UK driving license
What’s On Offer *£25,000 basic salary
*£75,000+ OTE
*15% commission structure (uncapped)
