Communications Executive
*Job Type: Flexible (Part-time/Full-time)
*Location: Horsham
*Salary: £35-40k per annum
A new and exciting role has become available for a Communications Executive to play a pivotal role in elevating brand visibility and successfully drive marketing campaigns. This role involves developing and executing PR strategies, crafting engaging narratives, and managing media relations. This role would suit a proactive problem-solver who can identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions to enhance our brand presence.
Day-to-day tasks of the role:
*Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement a comprehensive public relations strategy that enhances brand visibility and drives business expansion.
*Establish and nurture relationships with journalists, influencers and industry figures.
*Create and distribute compelling press releases that reflect company values and highlight product range.
*Actively engage with the media to pitch stories, coordinate interviews and respond to enquiries.
*Stay updated with industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
*Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
*Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with the company’s direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience in brand media public relations, either in an agency or in-house role.
*Proven track record of securing national media coverage.
*Strong content writing skills tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
*Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a general audience.
*Creative storytelling ability and data-driven justification for new ideas.
*Excellent networking and outreach skills.
*Keen attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
