Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE
Chester | Hybrid Working | Dress Down Culture
Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Liverpool, seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic team in Chester.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
*Advising on M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases
*Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, agency, and service agreements
*Supporting clients with corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
*Advising on joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances
*Handling company restructures, demergers, and reorganisations
*Providing legal support on private equity and investment transactions
*Assisting with business start-ups, including incorporation and structuring
*Advising on intellectual property and data protection issues within commercial contracts
*Liaising with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates across various sectors
What We’re Looking For:
*A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
*Strong drafting and negotiation skills
*Commercially astute with excellent client-facing abilities
*A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
