Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Liverpool, seeking a Litigation Solicitor with around 1 year PQE to join their dynamic dispute resolution team. We will also consider applications from NQ solicitors with prior Paralegal experience in dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Litigation team, you will manage a varied caseload, including:
*Acting for lenders in contentious matters
*Advising on insolvency-related disputes
*Handling debt recovery proceedings
*Drafting legal documents and correspondence
*Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings
*Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver strategic legal advice
What We’re Looking For:
*A qualified solicitor with up to 2 years PQE (NQ considered with relevant Paralegal experience)
*Experience in dispute resolution is essential
*Desirable experience in lender representation, insolvency, and debt recovery
*Strong communication and client-handling skills
*A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
