Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Liverpool, seeking a skilled Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their residential property team.
While the ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE, we are also open to applications from licensed conveyancers or CILEX-qualified professionals with equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Conveyancing team, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, including:
*Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
*Managing client relationships and providing clear, timely updates
*Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
*Maintaining accurate records and progressing matters efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
*A qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE, or a licensed conveyancer/CILEX-qualified individual with similar experience
*Proven ability to manage residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
