PPM Operative – Legionella Maintenance
Day Rate: £110–£120 (DOE) | Up to £130 for Level 2 Plumbing
Location: Greater London & Southeast Region
We are a leading hygiene and facilities services provider based in Basildon, delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across commercial sites in London and the Southeast. Our team is committed to compliance, safety, and exceptional service standards.
Role Overview
We are seeking a PPM Operative to carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks, including:
*Legionella logbook upkeep
*Temperature checks and flushing
*TMV servicing
What We’re Looking For
*Essential: *Previous PPM experience (logbook completion is critical)
*Full UK driving license (travel between sites required)
*Advantageous: Legionella awareness (no formal qualification required)
*Bonus: Plumbing experience (minimum Level 2 domestic) – higher rate available
