Production & Dispatch Operative – Temporary Role
Location: Horsham
Type: Full-time, Temporary
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm then after 12 weeks you will transfer on to 4 on 4 of shift 6am - 6pm
Reed Crawley is working with a key client based in Horsham to recruit a Production & Dispatch Operative. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a reputation for quality and innovation in property protection and renovation products.
About the Role:

You will work cross-functionally within the warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as assisting with production, labelling, and packaging. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Order processing, picking, and packing
*Booking parcels onto carrier dispatch systems
*Goods in/out, vehicle loading and unloading
*Stock movement, rotation, and re-labelling
*Manual handling and general housekeeping
*Producing batches of product for filling to specification
*Operating filling, labelling, and packing machinery
*Completing batch sheets in accordance with procedures
Skills & Experience:
*Previous warehouse/dispatch experience
*Picking/packing experience
*Forklift licence (desirable)
*Experience working with couriers (desirable)
*Good communication skills, verbal and written
*Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
