We are seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to join our team at the Bromley Campus. This role involves teaching learners across all levels of Business Studies qualifications, providing an excellent learning experience to prepare students for further study, employment, or apprenticeships.
Day-to-day of the role:*Deliver engaging and effective lectures across various levels of Business Studies qualifications, including BTEC and T Level.
*Utilise up-to-date industry knowledge to enhance the learning experience.
*Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their potential.
*Prepare educational materials and coursework that reflect current industry standards and practices.
*Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve teaching methods and curriculum.
Required Skills & Qualifications:*Proven experience as a Business Lecturer.
*In-depth knowledge of BTEC and T Level Business Studies qualifications.
*Up-to-date knowledge of the business industry.
*Strong ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
*Passionate about education and fostering the academic growth of students.
*Relevant academic qualifications in Business or a related field.
