Job Description:
International Tax Specialist - Corporate & Indirect
Our client a leading Boutique Investment Bank with an Advisory focus are looking to recruit a Senior Tax Specialist primarily responsible for both corporate & indirect tax, reporting for international entities in EMEA
The Role will include
*Manage and coordinate corporation tax and VAT fillings for multiple entities across EMEA
*Providing technical guidance on VAT implications of business transactions
*Help navigate the changing global tax landscape (e.g. Pillar II)
*Responsible for supporting the global US GAAP tax provision process.
*Support on transfer pricing documentation, Master and Local file reporting requirements
*Provide tax input on business initiatives including expansion into new jurisdictions, entity structuring and intercompany transactions
Requirements
*Qualified Accountant
*Ideally CTA Qualified or equivalent
*Experience of both International Corporate Tax & Indirect tax gained from a leading Financial Services institution.
