Car Sales Executive - Main Dealer £50,000 OTE (Top performers £60,000+)

Our client represents a hugely successful volume brand in a prime dealership location, boasting a loyal customer base and an outstanding reputation across both new and used car markets.
We’re looking for a high-performing, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by uncapped earnings.

Hours * Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
* Saturday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
* Sunday:Closed
Basic Salary Structure * £21,000 / £24,000 / £27,000 base (depending on achieving target levels)
* New starters typically begin at £21k, potentially £24k for experienced candidates
* Commission paid as a percentage based on sales vs target
* Uncapped earnings potential
What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you must bring:
? Previous Car Sales experience
? A hunger to exceed targets
? Strong customer service skills from first meet to handover
? The ability to build lasting customer relationships
? A proactive, positive attitude
? Franchise main dealer experience (advantageous)
