Job Description:
A growing, multi-brand consumer business is undergoing a major step-change in how it understands and manages performance. As part of this evolution, we’re hiring a Head of FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, insight, and reporting across the Group.
This role combines commercial influence with a significant transformation remit. Ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and creating high-quality reporting that actually drives decisions.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll take full ownership of the Group’s FP&A agenda, covering planning cycles, consolidated management reporting, and performance insight.
A key part of the brief is to redesign the entire management accounts process: creating clearer reporting, better workflows, and a more insightful monthly pack for senior leadership.
You’ll work closely with operational teams across hospitality, retail, and consumer environments, helping them understand performance drivers and act on them.
What You’ll Lead
*Full FP&A ownership: budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning
*A complete rebuild of management accounts and Group reporting
*Consolidation of performance across multi-brand, multi-entity operations
*Clear, commercial monthly reporting for senior stakeholders
*Financial modelling, scenario analysis, KPI development
*Insight and decision support for new openings, pricing, and investment cases
*Continuous improvement of processes, systems, and reporting quality
What You’ll Bring
*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong FP&A or commercial finance background
*Experience improving or redesigning management accounts / reporting
*Excellent Excel and modelling capability
*Confident communicator able to influence non-finance teams
*Experience in multi-entity or fast-paced consumer businesses is advantageous
Why This Role?
*High visibility across leadership
*A genuinely impactful remit to build and shape FP&A
*Broad exposure across a diverse, purpose-driven Group
What’s on offer
• c. £80,000
• On-site role at a beautiful Cotswolds location
• Discounts across the group’s brands and experiences
