Job Description:
Our client, a dynamic and growing International Tour Operator with offices based worldwide, are currently recruiting a Key Account Executive to join their team in London.
As a Key Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Sales team and will be a part of contributing to the overall success of the team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Assisting the sales team in converting sales leads through effective costing and quotations for the US Market.
*Maintaining and updating the CRM system
*Preparing and distributing sales reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making
*Coordinating and scheduling meetings and presentations for the sales team
*Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
*Essential experience within Senior Operations / Sales / Business development / Account Management role with Travel
*Working with costings and quotations for Itineraries
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
*Strong organisational and time management abilities
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills English.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
