Description
The Management Accountant’s duties will include but are not limited to:
*Prepare daily reports including labour & material variance
*Prepare general ledger duties - including journals, accruals, prepayments
*Assist prepare monthly accounts and ad hoc duties
*Stock analysis, reconciliations and maintenance of provisions
*Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts
*Prepare overhead budgets, forecasts and variance analysis with budget holders
*Other ad hoc duties
Profile
A successful Management Accountant will:
*Be a part qualified or finalist (ACCA/CIMA) student
*Have prior experience working in Manufacturing
*Be competent in producing accurate and timely weekly & monthly accounts
*Be proficient at using IT and ERP systems, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
*High accuracy and attention to detail.
