This is a critical role within their central logistics operations, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and driving continuous improvement across multiple service centres.

Overview We are partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution sector to recruit a Quality Support Manager. This is a critical role within their central logistics operations, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and driving continuous improvement across multiple service centres.
Key Responsibilities * Quality Compliance:
*Provide quality oversight and support to service centres, ensuring adherence to GDP and internal standards.
*Manage non-conformance processes, temperature monitoring, pest control records, and outsourced activity documentation.

* Auditing & Reviews:
*Lead quality review meetings and perform internal audits to identify compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
*Support external audits and regulatory inspections.

* Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA):
*Drive CAPA performance, ensuring timely closure and reducing recurrence risks.

* Continuous Improvement:
*Promote a culture of quality and compliance, working closely with operational teams to implement best practices.

* Reporting & Documentation:
*Maintain accurate records, report quality metrics, and escalate issues promptly.

Skills & Experience *Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality management or compliance, ideally within logistics or pharmaceutical environments.
*Strong knowledge of GDP and quality management systems.
*Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated technologies (e.g., Q-Pulse, Knapp, Manhattan).
*Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment and manage multiple priorities.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis.
Additional Requirements *Comfortable working in a warehouse setting, including manual handling tasks.
*Flexibility for UK travel, occasional overnight stays, and being contactable outside standard hours.
