Specialist Cleaning Operative

*Salary: £24,215 per annum with O.T available at an enhanced rate

We are excited to offer opportunities for two Specialist Cleaning Operatives to join our client’s Estates Cleaning Department. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the site’s external areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate access platforms and work at various heights.
*Perform pressure washing and clean building facades.
*Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of external areas to meet high standards.
*Work flexibly, including weekends, to meet operational demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working at height using access platforms and pressure washing is preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
*Valid UK driving licence and the ability to drive a van with a towbar and bowser.
*Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to varying operational demands.
*Strong commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
