Our client, a renowned music company, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their Rights Management team as a Senior Coordinator. If you’re enthusiastic about music, royalties, and revenue streams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the management, tracking, and reconciliation of incoming royalty statements.
*Address royalty data queries, providing insightful solutions.
*Continuously improve royalty tracking processes.
*Identify and resolve any anomalies in royalty data.
*Reconcile royalty data with accounting data to ensure full accuracy.
*Create detailed internal and external reports using BI tools.
*Query internal databases to extract relevant data.
*Support the team with any ad hoc projects that arise.
Skills & Experience:
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a label, publisher, rights society, or a similar environment.
*Strong numeracy skills and proficient in Excel.
*Experience working with royalty data.
*Familiarity with SQL and BI tools is preferred, but not essential.
*A general understanding of rights societies and rights structures.
Personal Attributes & Skills:
*A collaborative team player, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
*Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
*Confident in presenting information to management and senior leadership teams.
