Pay: £85-£105 per day

About the Role A supportive and forward-thinking Streatham primary school is seeking a committed Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their Year 4 team from January 5th, with trial sessions available before the end of term.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to provide academic support, lead small-group interventions, and help pupils develop strong foundations in English and Maths. Tutoring experience is highly desirable, especially with KS2 learners. You will play a key role in raising attainment and ensuring pupils remain confident and engaged in their learning.
The Ideal Candidate The school hopes to recruit a Graduate Teaching Assistant who:
* Holds a degree (English, Maths, Psychology, Sociology, Education, Humanities or similar welcome)

* Has prior tutoring, mentoring or intervention experience

* Is confident supporting KS2 pupils with varied learning needs

* Can build positive relationships and maintain high expectations

* Is proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about pursuing a career in education
