Job Description:
Package: £30K- £35K Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£40K OTE Year 1) (£50K Year 2) £70K Year 3)


The Requirements:
*2:1 or above at Degree Level from a Russell Group university
*Collaborative nature
*Good judgement as well as a strong work ethic
*Inquisitive with a strong desire to learn
*Able to quickly pick up an intermediate understanding of any given industry at short notice
*Entrepreneurial and resilient spirit shown in work experience or extra-curricular activities

You will rotate around the firm over the course of your first year to find a market and Partner that suits your personality and style. The Role:
*Continually contributing to the knowledge base of the firm by reviewing available tools and public information; be responsible for circulating and curating the knowledge internally.
*Creating in-depth and high-quality reports, as well as formatting resumes and other client-facing and internal presentations.
*Developing robust and detailed market maps at regional and global level that contain accurate organisational structures and maintain the integrity of the information on the CRM.
*Conducting phone interviews as appropriate to qualify prospective candidates against position requirements and key competencies and present qualified candidates to the lead Consultant, Principal, Partner.
*Collating data gathered and manipulating it to better understand diversity, seniority split and other analyses relevant to clients.
*Supporting client meetings on active searches with relevant market content.
*Begin to develop a network of professionals in the relevant business area.
