Package: £25K- £27K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role
*Learning how to effectively map out your markets and conduct effective Business Development activities
*Prospecting for new clients and leads
*Recruiting/ Sourcing/ Head-Hunting top talent on behalf of clients
*Consulting between candidates and clients - coaching them on the interview process, gathering feedback, managing expectations and negotiating offers

*Graduate with a 2:1 or 12 months + Recruitment/Sales experience
