Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive SEN school in Chelmsford.
About the Role
· Deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN.
· Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider team to create a positive learning environment.
· Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and track pupil progress.
· Foster a nurturing and safe classroom where every child feels valued.
About You
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
· Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD).
· Strong communication and organisational skills.
· A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to teaching.
