We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at Sportspark UEA. This role involves early morning shifts and requires availability on weekends. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is passionate about maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a leisure facility.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Open the facility, ensuring all areas are clean and ready for the day’s activities.
*Conduct thorough cleaning of all public and staff areas within the facility to maintain high standards of hygiene.
*Monitor the use of the facility to ensure cleanliness is maintained throughout the day.
*Provide information and assistance to facility users regarding cleanliness and safety protocols.
*Handle any immediate maintenance or safety issues, reporting them to the management as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Reliable and punctual with the ability to work early mornings.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
*Good physical condition, as the role requires manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
