Package: £25K- £27K Basic + Commission (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

Our client specialises in headhunting C-suite candidates in the investment management sector across permanent mandates in the UK, Germany and US.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performance and collaborative environment, working closely with top performers in the business and their dedicated learning and development team.
The business invests in its people and offers unrivalled progression opportunities. They have plans to open 3 new office locations over the next 2 years and are looking to increase headcount by 35%.

*Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
*Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage.
*Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
*Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
*Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
*Business development
The Requirements
*Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
*Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
*Financially and success driven
*Great communication skills
*Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
