Salary: Up to £35,000 base
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days office)

The Opportunity
They are now seeking an Account Handler to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, handling a varied portfolio of clients, and working within a close-knit and highly respected brokerage. You’ll have the chance to work with a stable client base, contribute to renewals and mid-term adjustments, and deliver exceptional service across a range of commercial insurance products.


Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring a high level of service and retention
*Handle renewals, MTAs, documentation, and general policy administration
*Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
*Prepare and present insurance terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Support Account Executives with client management and complex cases
*Provide timely and professional responses to client queries
*Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the team


About You
*Experience in an Account Handler or similar role within commercial insurance
*Strong communication and client relationship skills
*Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing your own workload
*Knowledge of commercial lines products (e.g., Property, Liability, Motor, PI)
*Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with colleagues
*A positive, team-focused mindset
