Location: Felixstowe
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus Scheme (10% of annual salary)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator with a strong background in freight forwarding pricing? This is your chance to join a well-established logistics team in Felixstowe, working for a global leader in Ocean Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Pricing Expertise: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for Ocean and Air freight services.
*Manage pricing for buying and selling freight forwarding services.
*Build strong relationships with customers and overseas agents.
*Arrange bookings and support field sales when required.
*Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting deadlines.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in freight forwarding pricing (buying & selling) – essential.
*Knowledge of Ocean Freight (LCL & FCL) and Airfreight operations.
*Strong negotiation and communication skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
