Accounts Assistant
North Birmingham | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
£25,000 – £30,000 | Full-time
Join a growing business in North Birmingham as an Accounts Assistant, supporting both sales and purchase ledger functions. Perfect for someone with strong transactional finance experience who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process invoices and allocate payments using ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
*Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
*Manage aged debtors and creditors
*Handle supplier invoices and payment runs
*Assist with month-end reporting and cash flow planning
*Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in accounts receivable and payable
*Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control
*Excellent communication and attention to detail
