Our client is a distinguished, high-performing financial services organisation seeking a Payroll Associate to join its expanding team. This position is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and brings payroll experience. The successful individual will demonstrate strong attention to detail and work in close partnership with the Human Resources function. Duties will include:
• Assist with the preparation and review of monthly payrolls, liaising with Cloudpay and local payroll providers.
• Maintain accurate payroll records aligned with information held on HiBob HCM.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and employment standards.
• Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
• Support the preparation and upload of pension files and generation of pension payments.
• Assist with statutory year-end reporting, including P60s and P11Ds.
• Provide timely and professional responses to employee payroll queries.
• Produce payroll reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data protection requirements at all times.
