?? HR Process Improvement Manager – Bristol | Hybrid | Professional Services
Are you ready to lead transformation at the heart of a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation? I am on the lookout for a HR Process Improvement Manager who’s passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping the future of performance management.
This is more than a process role, it’s a strategic opportunity to influence how my client works, collaborates, and grows. You’ll be the bridge between vision and execution, empowering teams and leaders to achieve more through smarter systems, sharper insights, and seamless processes.
�? What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing and evolving performance management frameworks that fuel success.
*Partnering with HR Reporting to deliver actionable performance insights.
*Building and maintaining KPI dashboards that keep teams aligned and accountable.
*Acting as the go-to expert for process optimisation across HR and operations.
*Championing continuous improvement and digital transformation.
*Supporting the rollout and enhancement of Workday Performance.
*Collaborating with Workday specialists to ensure smooth system updates.
*Promoting data-driven decision-making across the business.
?? What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hands-on, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll bring:
*Proven HR experience, ideally within a professional services or law firm setting.
*Expertise in systems and process development, with a strong grasp of Workday or similar Oracle cloud HR platforms.
*At least 3 years in a similar role, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
*Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
*A passion for innovation, compliance, and operational excellence.
Location: Bristol (hybrid working available)
